The Pacific Strategic Group (PSG) is a niche media company specialising in providing conferences, executive briefings, professional development opportunities and industry updates to senior ICT executives in Asia and Japan. PSG is also the chosen media partner for the CIO Matrix and the Data Centre Matrix. Membership of these two groups enables ICT executives to share information and thoughts with like-minded individuals on virtually any aspect of their roles. Ron Varma is CEO and founder of Pacific & Strategic Group (PSG), a leading digital media company specializing in the technology market. Ron was also a founding member of a Media group in the UK, and has over the last 12 years restructured, developed and established successful businesses in UK, US and Asia.

Prior to founding PSG, Ron worked for nearly a decade with some of the leading financial institutions such as Marsh McLennan, Threadneedle Asset Management & BNP Paribas. He specialized in structured finance and has extensive experience in restructuring businesses. He started his work career in London, subsequently working in Europe, US and Hong Kong.

Ron holds a BSC in Economics & Business from the University of Birmingham and a Business MBA from Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge. He is a member of the Institute of Directors in UK.

Ron is a Formula 1 enthusiast and supports Chelsea Football Club.

Dom Clonen is the co-founding member and Managing Partner of Pacific & Strategic Group (PSG). Dom has been involved in the technology media business for 9 years with a strong focus on business development and client relationship management. Having previously worked in Europe and the U.S, for the past 6 years Dom has specialised in the Asia Pacific & Japan markets and he has travelled extensively in this region developing new revenue opportunities for the PSG organisation.

Dom holds a B.A. (Hons) and a Masters Degree from the University of Oxford.

Outside work Dom is a keen footballer having helped set up a successful club in Singapore as well as an extremely avid traveller.

Prior to joining PSG, Anoop was the Head of Customer Operations at Prudential (UK). Through his extensive experience, he has worked with leading global organizations such as ICICI OneSource, United Healthcare (USA) and has provided C&F services to the Central Government and State Trading Corporation of India. He is a Six Sigma Professional and a Licentiate from the Insurance Institute of India.

Anoop now heads the PSG India and Middle East Operations and specializes in localizing content for the business.

Jonathan Zhang joined the PSG team in 2011 as General Manager for Greater China.

Jonathan is recognised by government agencies and enterprises alike as an accomplished business professional having structured and facilitated premier conferences and joint projects for both over the last decade, primarily in the technology sector.

He has an extensive track record in sales having managed large sales & business development teams in the past.

Jonathan is a graduate in Business Studies, and a semi professional snooker player.

Tatsuji Echle is the Japan representative for Pacific & Strategic Group (PSG). Tatsuji has been involved in the technology business in Japan for over 12 years, focusing on business and product development. In addition to Japan, Tatsuji also has extensive experience in the rest of the Asia Pacific region, having previously lived in Singapore, Australia and Hong Kong.

Tatsuji holds a B.A. from Northwestern University.
