Based in Mumbai, Munesh leads and manages Information Technology operations across Mumbai and Hyderabad. With over 15 years experience in Information Technology Program and Project Management, he has been a key contributor to company-wide IT strategic initiatives. His adept knowledge of managing IT operations using ITIL framework has helped in leading client IT transitions coupled with his capability to deliver application development projects.
In his previous role as the head of Information Technology with Prudential Process Management Services India Private Limited, Munesh has led a dual role of handling service management and application development. Under his able leadership, a multi-lingual contact centre was accomplished for one of the largest mutual fund houses in India.
Munesh is an Electronics Engineer from Bhartiya Vidya Peeth College of Engineering Pune, India.
